Nestled in the heart of Strathnairn with stunning views over Lochan Dubh to the Monadhliath Mountains, this property is set within 150 acres and is surrounded by a mature garden that offers a mixture of different settings with seating areas. There are many forest trails and with the River Nairn within 0.5 miles, fishing enthusiasts will have access by permit to 1.5 miles of the river. Visit the popular city of Inverness (10 miles) which has a fantastic variety of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as attractions including Inverness Castle, the Botanic Gardens, St Andrew's Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre. Enjoy a trip to Loch Ness (15 miles) where you can participate in boat trips. There is plenty to do, no matter what your interests.

 Enter this luxurious apartment, hang up your coat and head up the stairs, where you will find the spacious and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is an ideal space for relaxing in, and on a cooler evening, light the wood burner-effect gas fire and watch the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for the two of you. There is also a comfortable dining area to enjoy romantic meals. Two comfortable armchairs overlook the garden through the patio doors that lead out to the glass-framed balcony. The balcony, with its small table and chairs, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or stargaze on a clear evening. If you are lucky, you may spot the deer, red squirrels and many varied birds that frequent the grounds. Next is the light and bright bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV and freestanding bath. Across the hall, is a shower room with WC.

Heading outside, the grounds are shared with the main house but have ample space to offer privacy, with seating areas dotted around the grounds to relax, perhaps picnic and admire the countryside view and wildlife.
