Tucked in amidst the woodlands with breathtaking views over the Clyde estuary to the Argyll Hills and the heights of Ben Lomond, this luxurious bespoke lodge is in the perfect location for a tranquil getaway. The nearby village of Langbank is 1 mile away with a train station, so you can easily explore this beautiful area of Scotland.

This spacious lodge is perfectly appointed for a couples’ retreat, with comfortable furnishings, calming pastel colours and great attention to detail. White panelled walls, warm wooden floors and floor to ceiling windows create a fresh and light space. This lodge is well-equipped for your stay with modern facilities beautifully tied in with the country living style.

French doors from the balcony lead into a spacious living area, starting with a comfortable sofa to sink into in front of the wood burner-effect electric fire which will keep your toes warm, and a TV for cosy evenings. With spectacular views across the rolling hills, you can enjoy your breakfast in this tranquil setting. Next to the dining area is a fully-equipped bespoke kitchen, the ideal place to cook up a storm. Through the hall, you’ll find the super king-size bedroom, which has been lovingly decorated with a calm colour scheme and simple textiles to create a relaxing space in which to sleep peacefully after a day in the fresh coastal air. There’s even a Smart TV in the bedroom so you can watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your bed. A stylish and spacious shower room completes this accommodation.

Head outside to the enclosed balcony. Here you are met with a comfy seating area and BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. Enjoy the panoramic views from the fantastic hot tub, watching the sunset or star gazing, perhaps with a refreshing local beverage.

Situated just 1 mile from the lovely village of Langbank, this lodge has great access to the excellent restaurants and convenient train station. Why not take the train down to Glasgow which is located 18 miles away? This national cultural hub has so much to offer, from beautiful architecture to its thriving nightlife. Explore the variety of acclaimed museums and theatres, or embark on the City Centre Mural Trail. Make a day of it and stop by one of the excellent eateries and try some local cuisine.

For more fascinating days out, you will find several country parks and estates nearby such as Castle Semple Country Park and Finlaystone Country Park that are perfect for relaxing walks around tranquil grounds. On the historical side, there are plenty of castles to visit too, such as Dumbarton Castle which sits across from the Clyde Estuary, and Newark Castle. There is plenty to learn about this area with its rich and interesting history.

Boasting splendid views of Ben Lomond and the Argyll Hills, the Clyde Estuary is the ideal place for an afternoon walk or you could even take a picnic down to the river bank. Head out onto the Clyde Coastal Path or go for a bike ride along the National Cycle Route 75.

Excellent location in a peaceful setting, yet so close to Glasgow. Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Views over the Clyde estuary with superb sunsets from the hot tub. Would recommend.

Cant even fault the place, a cosy cottage that made you feel at home the second you step foot inside, being situated on an active farm adds to the already impressive view across the clyde, owners catered to our every need, from little snack basket to Prosecco in the fridge, we will 100% be back

This is an absolute gem. Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. All sorts of lovely details such as bathrobes and slippers and a lovely welcome basket. Everything you could wish for was provided. Lovely view and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Worth every penny.

Great location, lovely lodge, relaxation was easy for us in such a beautiful setting. Plenty of places to see within 1/2 an hour and Coast in Langbank is a great place for food.

High quality lodge, well equipped with everything you need. Good location with great view which included a couple of dramatic sunsets. Plenty to do in local area but need to use car as nothing in walking distance. high end in terms of price but about justified. Overall, had a great week and would recommend to family and friends

A really lovely lodge in a great location Perfect for visiting nearby Glasgow. The hot tub was lovely after a days sightseeing. We had everything we needed to make our break relaxing, the lodge was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances.

The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard and the view from the property was beautiful. The owners had left a fantastic welcome pack containing scones butter, jam, marmalade, chocolate, fudge, crisps, prosecco and fresh flowers! Oh, I almost forgot the 2 Lindt chocolates on the bed!
