Also, off the main hallway is the fantastic well-equipped kitchen, the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and a handy dishwasher. There is also a lovely dining area to enjoy family or romantic meals together with French doors leading outside to the enclosed patio, with seating area for al fresco dining. Finally, completing the accommodation, is the handy utility room with washing machine, ample storage space and a large pully for drying clothes. There is also direct access from the utility room to the rear garden and patio area.

Venturing outside there is a small front garden and a fully enclosed spacious rear patio area with table and chairs, that can be accessed directly from the kitchen and utility room. This area is perfect for al fresco dining or lazy evening stargazing, perhaps with a wee dram, nice glass of wine or a good local ale. There is a private driveway directly in front of the property with off-road parking available for one car. The cottage is spacious, exceptionally tastefully furnished with every amenity to meet our needs as well as some luxury items. (Whisky on arrival was a surprise) Yes..it was a wintry stay in Scotland and hot water bottles extra scottish woolley throws were provided if needed.
