With two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a beautifully furnished lounge/diner, and a pretty garden, this welcoming townhouse is perfect for a family seeking a spacious holiday base in one of Scotland’s most popular cities.

Entering the property, the hallway leads through into the attractive lounge/diner. Filled with natural light, the cosy lounge is a great space for everyone to sit back and unwind at the end of a great day. Featuring a stylish mirrored wall, a Smart TV and plenty of seating, the lounge is ideal for snuggling up to watch a favourite movie in the evening. There’s also a dining area perfect for sharing a family meal. Exploring further, the fully equipped kitchen has a wide range of useful equipment and is a pleasure to cook in. The ground floor also features a handy shower room.

Heading upstairs, you will find the two delightfully decorated double bedrooms along with a stylish family bathroom.

Doors lead from the lounge and down into the fully enclosed garden. With a charming lawn and outdoor furniture, this is a pleasant spot for al fresco dining or a morning coffee as you prepare for the day. The shed offers space for storing bikes and other equipment, and there’s ample parking space on the driveway for two cars.

The property is ideally situated for visiting the centre of the thriving and vibrant city of Inverness (2.5 miles) where you will find a fabulous variety of welcoming restaurants, friendly pubs, great cafes, independent shops, fantastic boutiques and fascinating galleries. Known as the Capital of the Highlands, the city is home to numerous popular attractions and historic landmarks including Inverness Castle, the Botanic Gardens, Inverness Museum and Art Gallery, St Andrew’s Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre and Cinema and the Hall of Names. Boat trips can take you out to find dolphins, seals and otters in the waters of the beautiful Cromarty Firth and Moray Firth, or you can follow walking trails through the city’s historic streets.

Away from the city itself you can head to the shores of the mysterious Loch Ness and go monster hunting (7.5 miles), with other nearby attractions including Urquhart Castle (18.5 miles), the Culloden Battlefield (6.5 miles), Clava Cairns (7.5 miles), Tomatin Distillery (16 miles) and the Loch Ness Centre and Exhibition in the picturesque village of Drumnadrochit (16.5 miles). Inverness also makes a great base for exploring the Highlands, with the picturesque village of Beauly to the east and the popular coastal resort of Nairn to the west (both 17 miles).

Lovely stay in this beautiful home. Its really cosy and looks exactly like the pictures. Our host was very welcoming ensuring we settled in well. The location is perfect. We also had our cavapoo who loved the garden and walks nearby

We booked this house for a short break in October. It's a lovely 2 bed house with a parking space. The kitchen was super with everything we needed, but we did not do much cooking. Comfortable sofa in living room with French doors looking onto the small back garden. Two very comfortable bedrooms and family sized bathroom. The decor is very modern anRead mored lovely. We had a wonderful time at the house. Fantastically situated and equipped, wonderfully clean and smelt amazing The owners were very pleasant, sorting out a small problem we had with the boiler immediately. The owners recommended alternative scenic routes to places as well as restaurants. We didnt take our dog this time but we will definitely returRead moren and bring him with us. This cottage is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is ideal for exploring the local area as well as further afield. We felt immediately at home and had a really great holiday.

Lovely little new build house, very well equipped and comfortable. A brilliant base for exploring the highlands and Ally was a great host, super quick to communicate with when needed. There are swings and a slide outside on the green that my 3 year old loved playing on too. Really quick to get to loads of places to explore Loch Ness, the coast and Read morethe Cairngorms. Hide

We had a fantastic stay. The house is in a quiet area and very close to everything you need. Great location for Inverness and Loch Ness. Ally (the owner) was very happy to help when I messaged her with a couple of questions and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend this property.
