It is very difficult to fault Rigfoot cottage, everything we expected and more. There was wine, roses and cookies waiting which which was nice. Outstanding views the property was clean and well equipped and extremely dog friendly with a well fenced garden. The bed was also very comfortable. We had a lovely week over the new year and the weather was generally kind to us. The cottage is about a 10min drive from Duns and it was very quiet. It is well equipped and the only thing missing for us was some matches to light the fire, but not sure if this is a H&S thing. We are thinking of a return visit!
