Fantastic property nestled in a peaceful position enjoying lovely sea views, located just a short walk from two beautiful sandy beaches, harbour, golf club, train station and great local amenities.

Situated in the picturesque historic seaside village of Kinghorn, you are but a stones throw from the beautiful sandy bay and little harbour, and with the Fife Coastal Path passing through the village, find coastal trails on the doorstep. Sleeping four guests in two bedrooms, return to relax amongst elegant interiors after a busy day; whether dipping your toes in the North Sea or exploring the quaint, coastal villages, there is plenty to entertain everyone.

With stylish interiors beautifully reflecting this property’s coastal location, a harmonious blend of blues, greens and cream are complemented by warm wooden touches and floors, with echoes of driftwood and sandy shores dotted throughout. Sliding doors bring light and the outdoors in, with the clever layout creating a sense of space throughout.

Stepping into the hall, discard your outdoor boots and coats before heading into the contemporary open-plan living space. The perfect place to relax, settle on the sofa with the doors open to the garden as the sea air drifts in. Prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen and gather around the table for a sociable dinner, as well as hearty breakfasts in the morning. As the sun goes down, snuggle down with a movie and a glass of wine before retiring to bed. Serene in pastel shades with light wooden floors and large windows, the bedrooms are made for a tranquil night’s sleep; with the single room boasting patio doors to the garden, awake to the sound of birdsong. Refreshed, pour yourself a coffee and take it to the patio, listening and watching as the world wakes up.

With direct access from the lounge to the private enclosed patio, you can potter in and out to your hearts content. Enjoy afternoon cuppas with a good book on the bench and, on warm days, dine alfresco morning, noon and night. For days when eating out is more palatable, potter the quarter-mile to discover a range of eateries. As the night draws in, settle down with a wee dram for a lazy evening of stargazing.

Lovely comfortable apartment with a seaside themed decor. Spotlessly clean with a lovely private courtyard garden. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seabreeze. It was well placed for all the places and activities we wanted to do in Fife. Close to the beach and rail link to Edinburgh.

We spent 3days in Seabreeze and really enjoyed it. Lovely well decorated place with a pleasent outdoor space and very short walk to the beaches. Good location in terms of being close to both Edinburgh and the rest of Fife. We had a lovely walk across the sand all the way to Burntisland and took trips to East Neuk and St Andrews.
