In a peaceful rural position, close to the beautiful Angus coast and Carnoustie, famed for its championship golf course and where water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, canoeing and sailing in the large shallow sandy bay. Visit Crombie Park (3.5 miles) and Monikie Park with a tree walk and water sports. There is a local farm shop close by with a cafe. The property is within easy reach of the historic town of Arbroath, famed for the Arbroath Smokie, with its splendid abbey, harbour, sandy beaches and stunning sandstone cliffs. Visit Lunan Bay, 10 miles to the north east. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and hiking with coastal paths, woodland walks, country park trails and the Angus Glens. The city of Dundee is close by with shopping and leisure facilities including the V&A museum.

Venturing outside , you will find the beautiful, mature gardens with seating areas, perfect for al fresco dining and lazy evening stargazing. There is also a fantastic private outdoor heated swimming pool (available between 1st March and 1st November) with slide and a lovely private hot tub, perfect to relax and unwind in. The games room is also accessed outside with a sofa, ping pong table and darts board to enjoy. Also accessed from outside, and in the stable, there is a gym with weights, punchbag and TRX bands.
