This once traditional Scottish farmstead has been tastefully and considerately converted into three attractive and charming cottages. Situated in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Perthshire wilderness.

Tastefully and considerately converted, the property is one of three delightful cottages offering couples and families the opportunity to explore one of Scotland’s most scenic areas. Whether you wish to go walking and exploring the local landscape or bring friends and family together for a special occasion, these cottages provide the perfect accommodation.


The cottage has a timeless and simplistic design with clean neutral colours throughout, making it feel bright and spacious. The large open-plan living area with crisp furnishings and fittings gives the cottage a relaxing and cosy atmosphere with all of the home comforts needed to be able to enjoy a comfortable stay.


Arranged over two floors, you enter the cottage on the ground floor and walk into the good-sized open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area which benefits from modern-day underfloor heating. From this room, French doors lead out to the patio/seating area. The kitchen area is equipped with washing facilities and located in the communal laundry onsite. There is also a shower room and WC on this floor. On the first floor is one king-sized bedroom with en-suite shower over the bath and WC.


Outside, the cottage benefits from a patio area with seating which guests are encouraged to enjoy. This area provides the perfect spot to soak up the wonderful surrounding views and sounds of the Scottish countryside. Why not simply just sit and read a book with a glass of wine and watch the world go by?


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Situated in between the Tay Forest Park and the River Tay, this area of Perthshire offers walkers and cyclists the opportunity to explore some of the beautiful forest scenery and treetop viewpoints, right on the doorstep of the cottage. With a variety of woodland trails winding their way through some of the tallest trees in the country, these forests provide a mythical haven to discover.

The pretty village of Dunkeld benefits from an attractive waterside location and is nestled on the bank of the River Tay. Dominating its skyline is the beautiful cathedral along with brightly coloured cottages, a selection of traditional shops and a good variety of local eateries. The walk along the River Tay is charming, offering some lovely views of Thomas Telford's Dunkeld Bridge.

Further afield is the picturesque and lively town of Pitlochry (12.5miles) full of activities and outdoor pursuits to try your hand at. For those seeking thrills and adventure, take the plunge and go bungee jumping, white water rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking or quad biking! Or simply have a leisurely day wandering around the traditional distilleries, quaint little shops and tearooms, pubs and restaurants on offer here as Pitlochry has something to entertain everyone.

Very comfortable, well equipped property. Had everything we needed. Location excellent for touring Perthshire. Would definitely use again.

A fantastic holiday that was made all the more special thanks to the wonderful Bothy. A beautifully decorated and maintained home away from home in a wonderful location. We would definately recommend the Bothy to anyone wanting to stop in the area and we will definately be returning next year.

Fantastic property decorated to a very high standard. Spa bath in ensuite bathroom was a lovely surprise. Good choice of restaurants in Dunkeld. Favourite meal during our stay was at Broth3rs italian in Perth. Crannog centre well worth a visit as are Drummond Castle gardens.

A truly outstanding property. Spotless on arrival and the home baked cakes in the kitchen were a lovely touch! A great location as well to explore Pitlochry and Dunkeld. The Scottish Deli in Dunkeld has a great choice of salads and the coffee is to die for! Only stayed 2 nights but will definitely return.
