We absolutely loved our holiday staying at this beautiful house. It literally had everything we could have needed. There were loads of books, dvds and games for when the weather wasnt great. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The house was in the perfect location, just far enough out for it to be quiet, but alsoRead more close to local towns and not far from Stirling, St Andrews and Edinburgh. Kinglasse is a fun house. Bags of space in & out. We were four adults and two children. Well equipped although cooker hob not so good. Some things need updating, like duvets. Shower room rather small. Plenty of hot water/towels & heat was just about adequate but could be cold in winter as no double glazing. Open fire for logs, nice but doesnt give Read moremuch heat. Amazing sound system in lounge. Short journey to good food shopping area. Peaceful location in pretty countryside. Good road connections. Hide

We were comfortable and warm in the cottage and enjoyed the lovely views over the fields as well as walks from the door, seeing many hares and deer during our stay. The burglar alarm unexpectedly developed a fault (temporary power cut while we were out?) but was quickly fixed by the caretaker. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking foRead morer peace and quiet. Hide

Beautiful cottage in lovely scenery. Remote and quiet. Could do with updating the electrics but besides that it's a lovely relaxing base to stay. Very comfortable with loads of home comforts.
