We absolutely loved staying at the house and really enjoyed how much it felt like someone's home. The decor, all the lovely books, the coats hanging in the entry; it was cozy and wonderful. Our main complaint was that the windows didn't open in the bathrooms or bedrooms and that the kitchen felt outdated and somewhat difficult to navigate. The wintRead moreer garden in the back of the house is fantastic. Beautiful views, warm and cozy. We had no issues with wifi and loved seeing the sheep every morning. Hide

The cottage was gorgeous, spacious, fabulous position. My only very slight criticism was that the was no room for us to store our food in the kitchen as all the available cupboards were full of equipment; which in one way was great, but ..

We spent most time in the lovely conservatory - by far the best part of the house - and it's beautifully situated. No concessions are made for guests; the owner's personal items (generously described as 'quirky' in an earlier review) litter every surface and wall. A big thank you to the house manager who responded to a blocked drain promptly, cheerfully and efficiently. Hide

Quirky cottage in lovely location. All double beds are small and being pushed up against walls means they can only be accessed from one side. As mentioned in previous reviews, too much of the owners stuff lying around, making a small house cluttered, no space to even hang a coat on the hall coat hooks. I think this COULD be a lovely place to stay, but it is spoiled by being quite cramped (except for the lovely conservatory), small beds and too much of the owners belongings cluttering the place.
