The estate’s stables have been stylishly converted to provide totally luxury accommodation for 12 guests and two dogs, perfect for getting the extended family together or embarking on a fun-filled holiday with friends. Enjoy close proximity to the coast and the Cairngorms National Park, returning home at the end of each day to relish in this utterly unique property.

Featuring a completely quirky and distinctive style throughout, each and every corner of this remarkable property has been stylishly designed by someone with an eye for interior trends. Each room boasts its own individual style, with bespoke furnishings and accents creating a completely eclectic decor, and bright, funky colours creating a truly fun place to call your own.

Step inside and enter the stunning open-plan kitchen, which has been well-equipped for feeding 12 hungry mouths or entertaining a dinner party. An electric Aga and American style fridge/freezer will delight your family’s designated chef, whilst the luxury touches of Espresso machine and wine cooler will come in handy for all. There’s more than enough space for a dozen guests to rest and recharge of an evening, with a lounge, games room and first-floor snug perfect for getting cosy. Fire up the wood burner and switch on the Smart TV in the lounge or challenge others to some competition in the games room. Alternatively, you might prefer to work out in the private gym before making use of one of the property’s luxury walk-in shower units.

All five bedrooms in this stunning accommodation have been well designed and furnished with bespoke beds and stylish decor. Four of these can be found upstairs on the first floor, alongside a cosy snug for escaping the hustle and bustle of family life and a utility room for getting a head start on your holiday laundry. One of these bedrooms is a versatile family room featuring two double beds and an open-plan en-suite, perfect for parents with younger children or kids hoping to enjoy a sleepover.

On arrival, you’re instantly greeted by the stunning courtyard with remarkable water feature and seating for al fresco drinks. To the other side of the property you’ll find a spacious garden area with a charcoal BBQ for those summer parties. The vast estate in which the property is found is home to a beautiful peacock, so be sure to keep a keen eye out for that!

If it’s a day on the coast that you’re after, the beautiful beaches of St Cyrus (13 miles) and Lunan (19.5 miles) are both within easy reach. Hop aboard the Caledonian Railway (12.5 miles) where heritage steam and diesel-hauled trains travel along a 4-mile branch line.
