A lovely cottage ideal for our needs. It was nice that we were the only ones there, the farmhouse adjacent didn't have any occupants during our stay so our two dogs (always kept on the lead) were not disturbed by others or noise enabling a peaceful stay for us. Really nice cottage well situated for accessing the coast on foot through the woods or by a 15 min or so drive to Findhorn. The house is warm and very comfortable, undisturbed by almost anything apart from the occasional passing farm vehicle, and the garden proved ideal for us for the dog to run around in.

Fantastic location lovely house with excellent facilities. About one mile walk from house to the start of Findhorn Bay which you can follow around to some beautiful isolated beaches. Highlight of the trip was swimming with seals on the walk. Nice and quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Graham the robot grass cutter was amazing. We will book again.

Wifi in the annexe would be good, I managed to connect if I sat in one position in one chair only . A small freezer would have been useful for ice blocks and ice as my partner likes his drinks with ice.
