Nestled amid beautiful woodland, this pretty home is situated close to the A9 just 1.5 miles from Birnam and the pretty village of Dunkeld (2miles). The area has a dramatic bridge over the River Tay, an array of quality eateries, speciality and bespoke shops, Beatrix Potter Gardens and a majestic cathedral with St Columba connections. The cathedral is the resting place of the notorious ‘Wolf of Badenoch', rumoured to have played chess with the devil at the nearby Huntingtower Castle. Explore the beautiful Hermitage, and discover Ossian's Hall and the spectacular Black Linn Falls. Visit iconic Scone Palace and the spectacular Castle Menzies or enjoy a day out at Perth races. Tackle some of the best white-water rafting and mountain bike tracks, while fantastic golf courses can be found at Dunkeld, Blairgowrie and Gleneagles. There is also a comfortable and spacious dining area in the kitchen where you can enjoy family gatherings. Next is the boot room, the perfect space to store your outdoor clothing with direct access out to the pretty gardens. This room is followed by the utility room with a washing machine and sink. Continuing back through to the main hall, there is a stylish bathroom with a bath and a WC. This is alongside a lovely twin bedroom and a double bedroom with ample storage space and an en-suite shower with a shower cubicle and a WC.
