Here you can watch a favourite movie, listen to music or plan the next day’s events. There’s a delightful dining area which is perfect sharing a romantic meal for two or a family dinner which you can prepare in the elegantly designed and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is situated in an excellent spot in the popular Newhaven area of Edinburgh which is home to the Newhaven Lighthouse, Western Harbour Lighthouse and the Albert Dock which plays host to the Royal Yacht Britannia. With fantastic views overlooking the Firth of Forth, the apartment is close to Leith, which served as Edinburgh's port for centuries before being transformed into a vibrant and exciting area with an array of great pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes. Nearby attractions include the popular Ocean Terminal shopping centre (1 mile), the Royal Botanic Garden (2.5 miles), the popular Biscuit Factory (2 miles) and the Scottish National Portrait Gallery (3 miles). Leith has a fantastic variety of great attractions and landmarks including Craigentinny Golf Course (3 miles), Trinity House Maritime Museum and Leith Links (both 2 miles). You can reach most of the city via excellent public transport links, with the famous Princess Street within easy reach (3.5 miles). Spacious, well appointed apartment with lovely views of the harbour, Royal Yacht Britannia and Edinburgh Castle. Quiet location a short bus ride away from the city centre. Theres a supermarket a short walk away so its perfect for families.

Excellent modern apartment with secure garage parking. Fantastic views able to see royal yatch, Edinburgh castle and forth bridges from lounge windows. Really good bus service to city centre with bus stop opposite apartment. Supermarket and restaurants a short walk away.

Exactly what you want for a self catering stay in Edinburgh. The Number 10 bus stops opposite the apartment and runs every 10 minutes into Princes Street. The apartment is spacious, clean and filled with light, with great views from the living areas. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The views from this apartment were wonderful. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Bus service fantastic and just outside the door. Although in a large black it is quiet and peaceful. Supermarket close by and 4 day ticket on bus allows you to travel all day on buses and trams.

Great location for trips into Edinburgh, bus stop outside apartment bus service is second to none, very clean & run every 10 mins. The apartment does get quite noisy on windy nights, & there is traffic noise, but that is being a little picky.

Ideal base to visit Edinburgh. Park the car securely for the duration and use the bus, Stops across the road every 10 minutes. Big spacious apartment, views of ocean terminal and RYB, also Forth Bridges and Queensferry crossing. Considering a visit to Edinburgh again early next spring, would book here again.

Our apartment at Western Harbour was absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Although not in Edinburgh itself, the bus stop was right opposite, and buses ran every 10 minutes. Would highly recommend!
