Cour Lodge enjoys a truly impressive setting with uninterrupted views of Aonach Mor and the Grey Corries mountain range yet is within easy reach of Fort William. This delightful holiday home has been cleverly designed to make the most of this glorious position with panoramic views from every window.

Inside, Cour Lodge is wonderfully spacious with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Light floods in through the large windows making this home from home bright and airy. Furnished in a traditional style, the house happily sleeps up to 8 guests in four spacious bedrooms. The large farmhouse style kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for holiday catering and the adjoining dining room creates the perfect backdrop for memorable dinners. The wood burning stove in the central hall allows heat to spread across the house keeping it invitingly cosy throughout the seasons and the open log fire in the sitting room makes it a lovely spot for curling up with a good book. Upstairs there is a second relaxed seating area which is filled with light from the large Velux windows. Patio doors lead out from the kitchen onto a paved terrace with garden furniture. This a lovely spot for sitting out and the surrounding 3 acre garden, with its tree house, slide and swing, is sure to delight children. You may well see Roe deer quietly grazing around the house or spot birds of prey circling above – wildlife thrives in the peaceful setting.

Pack a picnic and stroll down the path to the banks of Cour river and perhaps enjoy wild swimming. Not only is this a wonderful holiday retreat during summer but also a perfect base for the keen skier with the slopes of the Nevis Range Ski Resort at Anoach Mor just 15 minutes away. Fort William, the ’outdoor capital of the UK’, boasts a variety of activities including mountain biking, climbing, mountain gondola ride, kayaking, walking, golf and fishing. Travel on the West Highland Steam Railway to Mallaig, crossing the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct, otherwise known as the ’Jacobite’, featured in the famous ’Harry Potter’ films. Alternatively visit some of the unspoilt beaches, castles, museums and beautiful gardens in the area. Boat trips to the inner isles are easily accessible and Ardnamurchan Peninsula, Oban, Aviemore, Inverness, Loch Ness and Skye all make for a fabulous day out.

One well-behaved dog welcome in the house but must not be allowed in bedrooms or upstairs. There are two outside kennels by back door available if required.
