Innes House is a stunning 17th century home which is steeped in history. Currently owned by the fifth generation of the same family who took ownership of the house in the 19th century, this property has remained very much as a private family home.

This extensive home accommodates up to 37 people, meaning it is ideal for family celebrations. The property sits amongst 3000 acres of mature parkland, abundant with trees and flowers which attract various wildlife and insects.

Inside, the property feels grand yet welcoming. There are various social spaces that everyone will enjoy; from the cosy sitting rooms to dining rooms, as well as two ballrooms which are excellent for dinner dances. Each of the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and all follow a traditional yet stylish theme, which is evident throughout the house. Almost all of the bedrooms are ensuite, which is a rare find in a house of this calibre and definitely a big plus point for corporate events as well as family groups.

Innes House is often used to host weddings, so during the wedding season there is a permanent marquee erected in the garden. However, please be assured that there are other areas of the gardens and grounds that are unaffected by the marquee that guests are free to enjoy during their stay. The property has also hosted many corporate events and shooting parties, showing that it is suitable for all types of stay.

The Moray Coast is one of the most beautiful coastlines in Scotland, with lots of idyllic fishing towns and dramatic cliff formations. The village of Cullen (home of the dish, ‘Cullen Skink’) is a must visit, even if it is just to get some ice cream and to have a wander on the sandy beach! Moray is also known for the bottlenose dolphins which frequent the shores, so keep your eyes peeled for a glimpse of these wonderful creatures, amongst many others, such as otters, minke whales and seals. Golfers will be in paradise with the numerous courses within the vicinity of Innes House, and lots more which are just a short drive away. Innes House is ideally placed within easy reach of both Inverness and the airport, so guests travelling from afar are just a short drive from the airport or train station.
