    Kingie Lodge reviews
Had a brilliant time house was absolutely spot on fantastic location and well equipped couldn't ask for more.
    Mr Wilson - May 2019
We were a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 children and we stayed at Kingie for a week. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s even better than in the photos. Can’t rate it highly enough. We were so happy there, we hardly ever left! Would love to go back.
    Mrs Gimlette - April 2019
Beautiful house , great equipment , wonderful location Just one point: it should be expressed a bit clearer that the way to this cottage is so long and difficult from Invergarry
    Mr Boland - December 2018
We were a family party of 12 and we all loved Kingie Lodge. The lounge and the anti-room were magnetic spaces where we chatted until late. Having no TV in the common areas is a great idea - no clocks either. A truly wonderfully relaxing experience.
    Mr Gallagher - October 2017
A wonderful country house in a stunning location. Excellent for our party of 8 adults, 6 children and one infant. There was plenty of space both inside and outside for adults and children alike to run around and play and the adults really enjoyed the snooker room. The children loved spotting and counting the deer and they were particularly pleased when the deer came for supper! The house was very spacious and comfortable, although freezing when we arrived, the fixtures and fittings were very good quality and the kitchen was really well equipped. Extra fridge and freezer space in the garage was most welcome given the size of our party. The open fire in the lounge was well used and it was great to have all wood and coal supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for large groups or families.
    Mrs Woodrow - April 2017
What a great few nights we had at Kingie Lodge. The accommodation is spacious and spotless and perfectly decorated for a relaxing break on the Scottish west coast. Rena, who takes care of the property was also great with a warm welcome when we arrived and great advice while we were there. She really went the extra mile for us. The facilities in the Lodge were amazing and it was always very warm throughout our stay there. I just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. This accommodation is fantastic value for money.
    Mr Barr - March 2016
Excellent location/accommodation and the weather made it, very lucky.
    Mr Ritchie - October 2015
The ambience of the location is for those who appreciate is superb.
    Mr Connor - August 2013
Fourteen of us enjoyed a wonderful New Year stay at Kingie Lodge. The house is beautiful and sits in a stunning location on Kingie estate. The photos online do not do the accommodation justice. We were delighted with the amount of space it offered. There was plenty room for fourteen of us to spread out and enjoy the time we spent there. Lovely open fire and comfy surroundings. We were well looked after by our caretaker who had the house lovely and cosy for us arriving.
    Mrs Wilson - December 2012
It was agreed by all that Kingie Lodge was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious for our needs. We will defintely be booking it again in the not too distant future.
    Mrs Leaney - May 2012
Kingie Lodge was extremely popular with our party of 9 adults and 5 boys, 8 - 17, it was warm and comfortable, appropriately furnished with games books DVD's. the location was remote but right for us, some of us didn't see a shop all week. The kitchen was very well equipped, our only gripe was that a larger hob would have helped some of the cooks, as we cook meals for 14 and we found the 4 hob efficient but a bit suburban in size, the oven too was a bit on the small side too when it came to warming plates. Aside from that we found all the equipment we needed, except for a pastry brush, I had to sacrifice a water colour brush for my husbands cooking efforts!! If we had been more organised we would have found out a bit more about boats that we might use and whether access to other parts of the estate might have been possible, sometimes we bring a dingy too, and need to know about possible small boat launch sites. We would definitely recommend Kingie to others and would consider returning though we have now done most of the high walks here once or twice.
