This fantastic beach house is set in an enviable location on the Applecross shoreline, offering a unique holiday destination with breathtaking views.

Escape to the Highlands for a taste of the simple life away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday. Sitting on the shore, wake up in this delightful home and let your senses run wild as you breathe in the fresh sea air, dip your toes in the water and listen to the gentle ebb and flow of the lapping tide. Boasting views across Applecross Bay, Skye and Raasay, you can while away the hours gazing over your surroundings and keeping your eyes peeled for a majestic sea eagle. Creature comforts and sociable spaces are plenty at this abode. Sleeping 12, invite friends, family and tufty-pawed guests to enjoy a spectacular Scottish break with you and make the most of time spent together as you snuggle up on cosy sofas and cook up a storm in the pretty kitchen.

Arrive in Applecross and enter this beautiful listed beach house. Pale tones create a warm yet tranquil environment in which you are invited to sink into the comfortable sofas, put your feet up and unwind. Switch on the TV or curl up with a book for a moment of peace before heading into the spacious kitchen to put the kettle on and rustle up a feast. Bring everyone together around the table and serve up a storm as you raise your glass to a holiday by the sea. Once you have savoured every mouthful, make quick work of tidying up and plan tomorrow’s adventure before resting tired heads. For any guests with mobility issues the ground floor is home to a king-size bedroom with en-suite so there is no need to climb the stairs to the first floor.

The first floor is home to three more king-size rooms where dreams can be had and you will wake feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after nights spent curled up in soft bedding. A family bathroom also resides on this floor where aching muscles fresh from adventure can enjoy a soak in the bath.

Head up another flight of stairs to the second floor for the two remaining twin bedrooms. These rooms have sloping ceilings due to the nature of the property so do take care.

Spend sunny mornings in the walled garden with a mug of hot coffee or enjoy a short walk to the shoreline for a refreshing early dip. There’s nothing quite like a plunge in the ocean to wake you up! When evenings are balmy and mild dine al fresco at the garden furniture and really make the most of your fantastic waterside location. There is ample parking.

An extremely well equipped and well furnished house right next to the loch. It really had everything we needed. It was even beautiful in the rain but much more so when the sun came out. Best to book the local pubs well in advance and bring most of the food for the week with you.

A wonderful space for our group of friends. Was looking forward to getting the fire on but didn't need to as it was really cosy. Bedrooms all really lovely and great to retreat to and listen to the deer barking. The week passed way too quickly. Applecross is a wonderful place where nature wins every time.

Over the years we have stayed in almost all the Estate properties with different family groups. With grandchildren this house is perfect. We loved being by the shore and enjoyed seeing people walking by. Pub and fish/chip van very handy. Walled Garden restaurant delicious. Sitting and dining areas a bit small but the house is comfortable, with plenRead morety of bath/shower rooms, kitchen very well appointed, and the Estate is most helpful and responsive. A lovely and spacious house house for a large group perfectly positioned on the loch and near the pub. Beautiful walks. Self catering made easy with large fridges and a well equipped kitchen. A small shop in the next village is a godsend for the things you inevitably forget.

Fabulous House but although there are lots of bedrooms there is no room for more than 5 or 6 people in the communal areas.

Loved the house, loved the view, well equipped and plenty of rooms and space for the 3 generations in our family. The gardens were great for the wee ones to run around in. We're all missing it already .
