Our aim at the Kylesku Hotel is simple: to offer you a mouth-watering selection of the finest local ingredients with friendly service in an amazing loch-side setting.
Situated at the heart of real Highland wilderness, the hotel has a wonderfully friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We are passionate about our food, and are proud winners of 2 awards from the prestigious 2012 Scottish Hotel Awards: ‘Gold Medal for Real and Local Food’ and ‘Rising Star: Small Country Hotel’.
Langoustine, lobster, crab, mussels and scallops are all landed on the slipway directly outside the hotel, with much of the meat and vegetables grown and reared on local crofts. The style of cooking is contemporary and un-fussy, with the focus very much on the quality of the ingredients.
Join us for our Seafood Tasting Menu, a juicy rib-eye, or one of our delicious burgers. Our blackboards feature our constantly changing ‘Daily Specials’, so keep coming back to enjoy today’s catch.

Bar is open from 12-11pm. Serving food all day from 12pm to 9pm May to September and between 12 - 2.30 and 6 - 9pm March, April and October
