This stylish lodge is nestled in a peaceful location, enjoying spectacular valley and mountain views in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the magical Isle of Skye.
Wake up to breathtaking mountain views, space and peace in a lovely hillside lodge that looks out to the Trotternish Ridge on the beautiful Isle of Skye. Sleeping four guests and set high up on a working croft, it is the perfect location for a family or couples seeking a break away from it all. Spend your day exploring the magnificent landscape on the doorstep, then come home to relax and feast your eyes on those amazing views that stretch across to the MacLeod’s Tables.
The secluded lodge has been carefully designed with picture windows and French doors that allow you to enjoy the spectacular vistas from every corner. It is simply but stylishly furnished in soft tones of grey, white and pale wood that complement the subtle colours of the Highland landscape outside. A white, vaulted wooden ceiling enhances the feel of a cosy log cabin where you can hunker down after a splendid day out.
Enter your holiday home from the front porch, handy for leaving muddy boots, and walk through to the light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the carpeted lounge, sit back on two comfortable sofas to watch TV or listen to music on the Bluetooth sound bar while watching the sunset. A pale wooden floor separates the pretty dining area and streamlined kitchen, where you can admire the view as you cook. French doors lead out to a spacious enclosed balcony which runs along the width of the open-plan interior. The inner hall leads to two inviting bedrooms: a double with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room (also accessible from the hall) and an en-suite twin, which can be made up as a super-king-size on request.
Outside, the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor dining and stargazing in a night sky free of light pollution.
