This bright and charming lodge has been decorated in cool, contemporary tones to ensure a relaxing stay throughout. With the French doors and large windows flooding the space with natural light, you have a constant reminder of your rural location and plenty of space from which to enjoy the impressive views.

Make your way across the wooden decking and into your beautiful accommodation. Warm your toes on the underfloor heating as you park yourselves on the cushy furniture with a cup of hot cocoa and a film on the Smart TV. The bespoke kitchen space is an idyllic place to prepare romantic meals to savour together while you watch the sun hide behind the horizon. Slip into a slumber in the cosy king-size bed after your day of adventures and in the morning, freshen up with a soak in the shower room before sitting down to a hearty al fresco breakfast on the decking.

Watch as nature springs to life by soaking up the sunshine outdoors from the comfort of your private wood-fired hot tub. Sit back, sip a glass of bubbles, and gaze over the magical views. In the evenings, strike up the BBQ and tuck into freshly cooked food in the great outdoors. Parking is available for two cars.

Lace up your boots, pack up a picnic and head for a stroll around the Blair Estate, just 1.5 miles from the property. Here, you will find many wonderful walks covering 220 stunning acres, with enchanting walkways through ancient woodland, parkland and private gardens – it's a truly wondrous location. Further afield, the Ayrshire Coastal Path can be joined at Seamill Beach (9 miles) for 106 miles of everchanging vistas, blankets of wildflowers, small fishing village visits, and many heritage sites to delve into.

Golfers are well catered for at this holiday home, with the championship courses of Troon and Turnberry within 35 miles. For a less energetic afternoon, while away the hours watching the boats come in and out of the harbour at the traditional holiday resort of Largs (11 miles). Pick up a souvenir on the Victorian promenade, enjoy an ice cream from the many parlours, or take snaps of the Instagramable shoreline and memorable coastal scenery.
