This magnificent house boasts everything needed for a special occasion for the family or a reunion of friends and is the perfect base to explore the wonders of the Highlands and surrounding areas.

This stunning Georgian house, sleeping 37 guests and three dogs across the main house and a cottage, has been beautifully renovated yet retains many original features, giving it a real sense of grandeur and style. Set within its own grounds near the shores of Cromarty Firth, discover sandy beaches with endless opportunities for bird watching, dolphin and seal spotting, whilst cyclists and walkers are spoilt for choice with numerous nearby forestry tracks. Perfect for large families or group of friends, escape from hectic lives to this beautiful, secluded corner of Scotland.

The rooms within the property are gracious and refined with many period features such as open fireplaces and ornate cornicing blending effortlessly with contemporary styling, creating a timeless and elegant feel. Superbly designed with large parties in mind, the cinema room; games room with snooker table and table football; the separate, self-contained cottage that sleeps four and the rustic-style barn that accommodates up to 60 people all make a holiday here one to remember.

Enter this splendid manor house into the main hall area which houses its own wood burner, a warm welcome after a busy day outdoors. The traditional kitchen boasts all mod cons plus an Aga, perfect for chilly toes – your pups will love snoozing in the warmth, too. Gather everyone for sociable meals in the large dining room before retiring to the lounge where comfortable sofas and a roaring wood burner beckon you to relax and unwind. Teens can enjoy their own space in the second lounge, whilst little ones will love the nursery, before everyone reunites in the games room for an evening of fun.

The bedrooms all have charm and character, with antique and vintage pieces complemented with quirky wallpaper, unusual styling and patterned soft furnishings. Lovely linens making a welcoming refuge at the end of your day, with windows overlooking the pretty surroundings allowing you to wake with a view. The nine bathrooms retain the same character, with three baths ideal for a long soak and the six showers meaning there will be no queues! The dorm room has five single beds and a double bed which children will love, giving a real sleepover experience.

The property is set within 33 acres of woodland grounds, where kids and pups can spend many a happy hour exploring amongst mature trees and rhododendrons. Discover a secret walled garden, expansive terraced lawns to the front and a fantastic play area with a swing and slides that is a child’s dream. On warm evenings, sizzle up a meal in the delightful BBQ hut, an added bonus to an already one-of-a-kind property. There is ample private parking.
