The Glenlivet Estate is on your doorstep and you’ll have easy access to walking routes, mountain bike tracks, and fishing. Skiing is also available at the Lecht Ski Centre, just 7.5 miles away. The charming village of Tomintoul is 1.5 miles from the cottage and you can also enjoy a day trip to the tourist town of Aviemore (28 miles).

The sleek kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious feasts for the group, which you can share together in the sunny dining area overlooking the garden. There is a ground-floor king-size bedroom with a stylish en-suite bathroom.
The remaining bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – are upstairs, set in the eaves. These bedrooms are both decorated in calming tones and share a refreshing shower room.
Outside, the enclosed garden has a sunny patio area and BBQ for al fresco dining and a large lawn where children and dogs can play in the fresh, mountain air. Please note, the garden is just 50 metres from the river, so children must be supervised at all times. Private parking is available for up to four cars.
