This contemporary apartment is conveniently located within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park and is the ideal base for friends or family to discover the wonderful village of Balloch and beautiful Loch Lomond. Adventure awaits on and around the lake, where you can spend your days trying new activities, learning about the area’s fantastic wildlife and roaming a myriad of walking and cycling trails.

Finished in pleasing neutral tones, this modern home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the Scottish countryside.

Enter this comfortable property into the hall with space for coats and boots. Head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen, where you can relax with loved ones on the colourful sofa seating or share a meal around the large dining table. The well-equipped kitchen is a sociable space to prepare a dish or grab a quick bite at the kitchen table before heading out for the day. Tired legs will relish a soak in the family bathroom's tub before heading to bed in one of three well-presented bedrooms, one with a stylish en-suite, and all with plush inviting beds promising a good night's sleep.

Venturing outside, there is a shared pathway running along the back of the courtyard, and across from this, you will find the luxurious bubbling hot tub. Take a seat under the bespoke gazebo and dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ provided. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am–10pm daily.

Known as the gateway to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, the village of Balloch is just under a mile away, where you will find a great range of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and welcoming local pubs.

Loch Lomond is a fantastic place to try your hand at a variety of water sports with activities including paddleboarding, wakeboarding, kayaking and water skiing available. Alternatively, take a cruise from Balloch Pier on an 80-year-old paddle steamer, The Maid of the Loch, the last of her kind to be built in Britain. Balloch Castle Country Park (1 mile), with its 19th-century castle and sweeping views across the loch, is home to the Loch Lomond Highland Games held each summer. Besides the majestic castle, you can enjoy Balloch Estate’s Fairy Glen, Chinese garden and beautiful grounds.

Loch Lomond Shores (2 miles) is a fantastic family day out, offering a wide range of indoor, outdoor and water-based activities alongside a range of shopping and dining experiences. Also on site is the Loch Lomond Aquarium. This magical attraction takes visitors on a journey from a highland stream, via the depths of the loch, to the Atlantic and onward to the Caribbean. For the thrill-seekers, head to Treezone, an aerial adventure course, and nature lovers will enjoy the Lomond Bird of Prey Centre, both of which can also be found at Loch Lomond Shores.

Excellent holiday home and extremely clean. Only slight issue was the wi-fi but overall fantastic accommodation and well equipped.. We also left something and we had great communication to arrange getting this back. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you

Beautiful setting with more than adequate amenities. The lodge is equipped with anything you may need. The only downfall for me was that the hot tub was a little cool for my preference and due to over-filling (water overflows when people get in) - the temperature was too low to use. Other than the hot tub the lodge was beautiful and extremely well Read moremaintained in lovely surroundings. Hide

Excellent lodge, clean and comfy. Handy for touring the Lochs. Good private hot tub/BBQ area. Plenty of parking.

The cottage was lovely and the owners were very friendly explaining everything when we arrived including how the hot tub worked. A great place for a getaway.
